Thursday - CCA as i said on the previous post(:
wah today training actually quite slack but cos i am having headache i donno why and i guess it is cos of the heat/sun damn hot today. almost faint and wanted to faint. then my knee-cap also pain, feeling so uncomfortable today. haiz. and today JIAPING is the last day la walao. i will be alone until next year[sec 4] walao. can just die now leh. hope elizabeth can make it for training next week. haiz. i still got like 1 and a half more year la. just kill me la. going to be alone for the rest of my life. haiz:( today training did 2 rounds of 200m[4 sets] when passing to the JURONG guy for the 1st set was already having very big headache. then my knee start to pain also. so for the other 3 sets i slow the whole team down. SRY TO WHOEVER WHO IS IN MY TEAM USING LANE 6 AT THAT TIME! (: then after that did long run outside of the school. headache plus knee pain too! but i still perserve[donno how to spell]. after that 4 rounds of cool down outside SRJC hall (: then did the other items outside the hall there! then after that change, went back home to put my stuff then met sis and her other 2 friends. i went back to SRJC so find them cos they wanted to study until 7 so i sit there like idiot until 7. then sis wanted to buy bubble tea so all of us followed her.. haha (: after that we took 82 to heartland and only left 3 persons, me, sis and 1 other friend. the other one went home first.(: then after that they decided to eat yoshinoya[if this is how it is spelt] then i only ate salmon without rice cos wasn't really hungry. then after that we went to cold storage cos sis' friend wanted to buy drink so we just follow. then after walk with them then halfway i went to buy pancake from some bakery shop not inside heartland mall but outside. lols. then after that walk to kovan mrt bus stop and took bus from there and luckily it was 113A if not later 113 scared no space sit cos very tired! haha(: then after that went home and here i am typing my post! (: lols.
